Passover Brownies Recipe

cup cake meal
cup potato starch
3 oz. bittersweet candy bars
⅓ cup butter
tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
Sift dry ingredients 3 times.
Beat eggs well using a whisk.
Gradually add sugar and beat thoroughly with a whisk.
Add chocolate mixture and blend.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts.
Grease lightly an 8"x8" Pyrex pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

This may be a time consuming recipe (but not nearly as difficult as a 12 egg angel food cake) but is so delicious, it is worth all the trouble. I found Elite chocolate bars from Israel worked and tasted the best.
