2 cups cake and pastry flour
1 cup cocoa powder, dutch processed
2 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cups buttermilk
cup strong coffee
cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Blend all wet ingredients together and add to dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until all dry ingredients are blended in. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Batter will be thin. Bake 350F for 30 minutes.
