1 Chicken
Salt and pepper to taste

6 eggs
1T. salt
yellow food color

salt and pepper to taste when cooked.

Boil down chicken and pick off bone return to broth and set aside.

(can add yellow food color to color to noodles.)

(To make noodles beat eggs well, add salt, Add flour til dough is thick and not sticky.
Divide into 4 parts. Doing 1 part at a time ,, Roll out thin 1/8 in. and cut with a knife 1/4 in. wide and set aside on floured board to dry. If to sticky add more flour.
I let mine dry overnite or longer.
Can be stored IN fridge or freezer for later use.)

When ready drop into hot boiling broth and cook til thick and noodles are slot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
