4 medium sized carrots
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp dill (if dried) or 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and cut into julienne strips. Place into 2 L (8 cup) microwave safe bowl. Toss with orange juice and dried dill. Microwave covered on high for 6 min or just until carrots are tender. Stir occasionally during cooking. Stir in fresh dill if using fresh dill instead of dried. Add salt and pepper.
