3 cups flour
1 cup water
2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl.
You may need to add 1-2 Tablespoons of water or flour- depending on the consistency of your dough.
Add in the oil and mix well.
Place the dough in a bowl to rise for 30 minutes you can really skip this step if want to).
Put on sauce, cheese, toppings
*can also be used for calzones
