2 cups of flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2.5 Tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together with dairy hand mixer.
If doing in sandwich maker (triangles), spray with Pam, pour batter in and flip over after a few minutes. (spray between each batch)
You can also make pancakes in a frying pan- Lightly oil a skillet and heat until hot. Using a large spoon, drop batter onto skillet. Fry on one side until bubbles appear. Flip over and fry on the other side. Continue until batter is used up.
The batter may be covered and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serve with pancake syrup.

Great for waffles in waffle maker also.
