Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 onions
3 stalks of celery
1 parsnip
3 carrots
4-5 chicken cutlets
fresh dill
3/4 cup barley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions, celery, parsnip.
Saute in pot
chop up carrots and put into a mesh bag, add to the pot
Put chicken cutlets into a mesh bag, add to the pot
Add barley to the pot
Add salt and black pepper
Add fresh dill in a mesh bag
Cover with water
Cook up for 4-5 hours
Take out the mesh bags and blend the soup with immersion blender
Add back in the carrots and shred in the chicken cutlets
