2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt
1 cups buttermilk
1 large egg
cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. In a large bowl, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the buttermilk, egg and oil together. Add this to the flour mixture and stir until just blended. Using an ice cream scoop, drop batter onto prepared baking sheet, leaving 2" between them. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes until they are light golden brown and lift away the parchment easily.
