One person: two medium size potatoes. Family: six medium size potatoes

Slice potatoes like home made French fries, sliced onions (one half the amount of potatoes).

Use medium size skillet coating the bottom with oil. Place ingredients in skillet on low heat. Sprinkle flour over potatoes and onions, add seasoning salt or plain salt and pepper and cover with a lid. Let cool a little make sure to turn over and mix so the flour will make it crisp as it frys. Potatoes will soften as it cooks mixing together for desired consistency. Should take about 10 to 15 minutes to cook.
