1 stick of butter
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all purpose cream
1 egg yolk
black pepper
Optional: slivers of cooked chicken
Optional: Jumbo Raw Shrimp

Melt the stick of butter, and mix with parmesan cheese, all purpose cream, egg yolk and black pepper.
Toss 1/2 butter and cheese first, then add the other half just before serving.
Cheddar cheese can be mixed with parmesan if desired.
If using Shrimp:
Peel raw jumbo shrimp
melt 1/2 stick of butter
add garlic or garlic powder
add shrimp.
saute 5 or 10 minutes until shrimp turns pink, keep stirring
add cooked shrimp with drippings to noodles and toss.
