Ham bone
2 packages frozen spinach
3 large green onions
2 carrots
2 red potatoes
¼ cup oatmeal
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Cover ham bone with cold water. ( Spare ribs, a pork roast, or pork chops can be added to ham bone for a richer stock)
Bring to boil, then simmer for 2 hours. Meanwhile cook spinach. When done, add spinach juice to stock.
Chop spinach and onions very finely.
Pell potatoes and carrots. Dice into ½ cubes. Add spinach , onions, carrots, salt and pepper to stock.
After 30 minutes, add oatmeal. Cook 20 minutes.

Serve with love.
