1 head iceburg lettuce, chopped
1-2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped black olives
1/2-1 pound lean ground beef, cooked
Kraft Classic Catalina dressing
Bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese Flavored tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the ground beef over medium heat until no red is seen, drain on paper towels and cool.
Combine the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheese in a large bowl.
Dress the salad with Catalina dressing to taste.
Just before serving, add crushed Doritos to taste.

This is exactly how I make this salad. I do not use taco seasoning or even salt and pepper when I cook the meat. The unique seasoning is in the Catalina dressing and the Doritos.
