1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 T water
2 T minced ginger
2 T minced celery or jicama
2 T ketchup
4 tsp Bragg's or soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 carrot
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
