1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink salt
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup dry grated coconut
2 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour with baking powder, salt, and soda. Blend into creamed mixture. Add vanilla, cereal, coconut, and nuts. Drop by tbsp on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
