Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/3 cup sliced almonds, browned in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp sugar, Cool on waxed paper
1/2 head red leaf lettuce
1/2 head butter lettuce
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup finely chopped celery
6 green onions, sliced thin

Dressing: 1/4 cup avocado oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp pink salt
dash black pepper
1 tbsp snipped parsley
dash of red pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
Make dressing.
Combine all ingredients and serve.
