Pie crust
3-4 pints of strawberries
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, slice into quarters, and sprinkle with sugar. Toss gently and set aside.
Prepare the crust of your choice. I use a gluten free graham cracker crust that requires sugar and butter.
When glaze is cool, spoon onto berries until well glazed. You may not use it all.
Leftover glaze will keep in the refrigerator.
Gently place berries into crust until full.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Enjoy with whipped cream.
