6 ounce can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 egg
1 tsp. Celery seed
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients until smooth about 10 seconds
Pour into saucepan
Cook and stir till thick
Chill

Toss with crisp shredded cabbage and carrots

Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing
