1 lb. Medium Egg Noodles, cooked
Sugar
1 C. Sour Cream
½ C. Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
4 Eggs, beaten
1 C. Creamed Cottage Cheese
1 t. Vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
½ C Raisins

Glaze
¼ C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1 C Whole Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Rinse noodles in cold water; drain. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed, mixing well. Melt butter for the glaze in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the butter, press pecans into the brown sugar. Pour in the noodle mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until done. Cool pan for 10 minutes. Run knife around the edges and invert onto a serving platter. Let cool 10 more minutes before removing the pan.
