1 lb. butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg plus 2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter unit soft in large bowl; gradually add sugar, creaming well after each addition, until mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla gradually blend in flour to make a soft dough.
3. Fill metal cookie press with dough and press out into fancy shapes onto ungreased cookie sheets; repeat.
4. Bake in moderate over 350 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
