Shirataki noodle 1 pack (2oz)
Suger 1 tsp (for washing)

For Marinade
Soy sauce 3Tbs
Sugar 1Tbs
Mirin 2Tbs

For Cooking
Sesame Oil 1 Tbs
Garlic 1 clove
carrots 1 /2 cup
green onion 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1Tbs
Sugar 1Tbs
Sesame Seeds 1tsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash Shirataki with running water
2. Cut Shirataki as the length you like
3. Use sugar 1 tsb for washing Shirataki 2oz - rub sugar over Shirataki in a plastic bag for 1 to 2 minutes
4. Rinse Shirataki with water and drain them thoroughly
5. In a bowl, add Soy sauce 3Tbs, Sugar 1Tbs, Mirin 2Tbs and mix well with Shirataki - marinade for at least 30 minuets
6. heat a pan, add 1Tbs sesame oil and minced garlic
7. add vegetable (carrots, green onion)
8. add drained (from marinade) Shirataki to the pan
9. stir-fry all ingredients until less water in the pan
10. add 1Tbs Soy sauce, 1tsp sugar and sesame seeds (as you like)
11. Mix all together and done
