4 egg yolks (keep whites)
4 hard boiled yolks
1 cup sugar
1 lb. butter cut in 5 pieces
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hard boiled egg yolks till smooth then add raw yolks and then sugar them. 1 piece butter, 1 cup flour till all is mixed.

Temperature 350

Roll out in pencil roll - form in rings - dip in egg white and sugar then bake.
