1.5 cups self raising flour
1 cup yogurt ( Greek yogurt if preferred)
Self raising flour is a mixture of 1 cup AP flour 1.5 tsp baking powder and .25 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes
Roll out and divide into 8 balls
Roll out naan into circles
Fry in non-stick pan.
Rub with butter and garlic(crushed)
Store fried naan in foil in order for them to sweat and stay soft.
