Prepare potatoes and mash. Don't over mash or they will turn out like cement. (volume +/- 3 lbs. or a large pot full.)
Hard boil 4 eggs and mash fine with fork or sledge hammer.
Prepare onion(s) and dice fine. 1-2 medium is too much for me.
Combine the above. Don't over mix.
Add dressing and always have extra for my boys.

SALAD DRESSING SUPREME:

1½ cups of Miracle Whip
¾ cup of sugar
1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
½ cup of milk. (Add slowly and carefully to mixture. Don't want it too loose.)
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add real bacon bits, if desired.
Add parsley, if desired.

You may lightly cover with paprika and transfer to a serving/storage dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve to those hungry boys and others nearby.....
