cup shortening
1 cup sugar + 2 tbsp
1 tsp Vanilla
4 eggs
3 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
tsp Salt
1 16oz sour cream
6 tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

cream together shortening and sugar and add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Spread half batter into bunt pan that is well greased and floured. Mix filling by creaming together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle have the filling evenly over batter in pan. cover with remaining batter and sprinkle remaining filling over top. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minute until done.
