Pumpkin oat bread

1/2 cup rolled Oats
1 cup brown rice flour
1/4 coconut flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 cup maple sugar
1/3 cup good oil
1/3 cup coconut
2 soy free eggs
1 T pumpkin pie spice +1/4 teaspoon
1/8 cup of molasses
Pinch of salt
1T baking powder
1/2 t xanthan gum
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Handful of whole walnuts crushed
Pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top while baking
Note to change amount of brown rice flour
1/2 cup brown rice 1/4 cup coconut flour and 1/4 cup almond flour
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
