1 lb. Ground beef – browned and drained
1 (15oz) can dark kidney beans – drained
¼ tsp salt
Simmer above 10 min
1 head iceberg lettuce – shredded or torn up
1 onion chopped
4 tomatoes cut up
4 oz grated cheese or more!

Mix together, toss with 8 oz Catalina dressing. Crumble 1 bag Doritos or Fritos on top. Sorry does not keep well after dressing and all is added! But good to eat right after it is mixed.
