8 slices bread, toasted
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter
5 eggs
3 c chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c brn sugar

Sauce
1/4 c butter
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c brn sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350
Cube bread 1/2 inch
Place in 1 1/2 q dish
Heat milk until small bubbles on side, add butter until melted
Pour onto bread and let sit 15 minutes
In bowl lightly beat eggs, add rhubarb, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour into bread mixture and mix, don’t over mix. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake 45-50 minutes.
Sauce
Mix all ingredients, cook but do not boil, whisking.
