450g pkg rotini preferably tri color
2 tbsp olive oil
\1 large red pepper cored and diced
1 medium size zucchini diced
1 small bunch green onions thinly sliced

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tsp grainy Dijon mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp capers
1/2 tsp leaf oregano
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp liquid honey
pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a full rolling boil. Add pasta and cook about 8-10 minutes max. Then drain and rinse well under cold running water. Place pasta in large bowl. Heat oil in large wide frying pan over medium heat. Add pepper, zucchini and green onions. Saute, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Do not overcook. Add vegetables to pasta.

Dressing:

In medium size bowl, whisk mayonnaise with oil and basil. Then stir in remaining ingredients. Toss dressing with salad. Covered and refrigerated the salad will keep well for 2 days. For best flavor bring to room temperature before serving.
