Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube
2 cups rice
2 tsp melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 whole green onions thinly sliced
(you can also add cup of peas/carrots mix)

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 cups water and bouillon cube in a saucepan. Cook over high heat until boiling. Stir until bouillon cube is dissolved. Cook rice. Meanwhile whisk butter and soy sauce together. Slice onions and set aside. Once rice is cooked turn into a bowl using a fork stir rice while drizzling soy sauce mixture over top. Stir in onions (and other veggies if you wish) and serve.
