1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cold butter
1 to 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure sugar and cocoa into a medium size saucepan. Whisk together until blended. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium low heat, whisking frequently, until piping hot - about 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Immediately add butter and stir vigorously until butter is melted. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Stir until shiny.
