2 envelopes of Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 cp sugar
1 1/4 cps orange juice heated to boiling
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cp orange or cranberry liqueur
3 cps whipping cream
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 8 inch white cake layer
toasted flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix unflavored gelatine with 1/4 cp sugar; add hot juice and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. With wire ship or rotary beater blend in cranberry sauce and liqueur. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. In medium bowl, whip 1 cp cream; fold into gelatine mixture with pecans. Turn into 1 1/2 or 2 quart bowl (about 8 inch diameter) - chill until firm.

In medium bowl, whip remaining cream with sugar. To serve, unmold gelatine onto cake; frost with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
