1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
1 lb spinach torn into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In 4 quart saucepan over medium high heat in hot salad oil, cook mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes stirring often. Remove saucepan from heat. To saucepan with mushrooms, add spinach, cider vinegar, prepared mustard, sugar and salt. Gently toss to coat well.
