1 8 oz package mozzarella cheese diced
1 oz pepperoni diced
5 eggs
3/4 cp milk
1/4 tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9 inch pie plate; set aside. In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs, milk, and basil until well blended. Pour egg mixture into pie plate over cheese and pepperoni. Bake 24 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
