4 large navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 can (16 oz) shoestring beets well drained or sliced beets drained and cut in 1/4 inch strips
1/2 cp Italian Dressing
1 bunch watercress large stems removed
Directions:
Directions:
2 hours before serving, marinate oranges and beets in separate bowls with 1/4 cup dressing each. To serve line plate with watercress. Arrange orange sections in center and surround with beets.
