2 pkgs (4 serving size each) Jell-o Pistachio instant pudding mix
2 cans (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 cups miniature marshmallows (I use multicolored ones)
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups (8 oz tub) thawed cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans until well blended.
Gently stir in whipped topping, cover with clear wrap or saran wrap.
Refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with additional dollop of cool whip and chopped nuts.
Looks pretty in a glass bowl or triffle dish.
