3 cps fresh spinach leaves
1 cup parsley sprigs
4 green onions including the tops
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 lb fettuccine or spaghetti
salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water with a tbsp of oil and salt added to water. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.

Remove, drain and rinse with hot water. Add butter and toss followed by all other ingredients and toss adding the cheese last.
