10 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 cup white cheddar cheese
6 oz cooked bacon or sausage
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp fresh minced chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk. Mix well. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese, meat, salt & pepper.
Divide evenly among 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and chives.
Bake for 20 minutes or until center are set and muffins are beginning to brown.
Can also be baked in a long pan and cut into squares.
