1 lb. 4 oz. Russet potatoes, pared and sliced ⅛" thick
¾ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and place in a bowl with ice water, salt and vinegar and let stand 30 minutes (this will pull out some of the starch and make a crispier potato chip). Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 2 non-stick baking sheets with cooking spray and set aside. Drain potatoes, blot dry and place on prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Bake 45 minutes, turning the slices over frequently during the baking time so that they crisp evenly. Sprinkle with salt.
