1 lb ground beef 1/4 cp fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 cp finely chopped onion 1 egg slightly beaten 1/4 tsp salt 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cp water 2 tbs chopped parsley
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg & salt; shape into 16 meatballs. In frying pan, brown meatballs; pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, and parsley. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min and stir now and then.
