1 lb ground beef
Minced onion
Garlic salt
Pepper
Oregano
Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 bay leaves, optional
3 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato juice
1 box elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first seven ingredients together, seasoning to your taste. Cook until the meat is browned. As this is cooking, boil the water for the macaroni, about 1 pound box or less. Cook till tender; drain.
After meat is cooked, add stewed tomatoes, tomato juice and cooked macaroni. Stir all ingredients together and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add more Parmesan cheese when served, if desired.
