Ingredients:  
1 lb. Almond Paste
½ lb. Pignoli nuts (pine nuts)
2 cups sugar
4 egg whites (beaten until stiff)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream almond paste and sugar until smooth.
Add beaten egg whites.
Shape into crescents – dip into nuts.
Bake at 350ºF for 12 – 15 minutes.
