¾ cup unsalted butter
4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
½ cup cocoa powder
3 cups icing sugar, sifted
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Melt ¾ cup unsalted butter with bittersweet chocolate. Sift ½ cup cocoa powder and add to melted chocolate and butter. Sift in 3 cups icing sugar to mixture. Mix together and never go past medium speed or it will turn fudge frosting into fluffy frosting. Add sour cream, vanilla and salt. Mix together until just blended.
