1 large head of cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tblsp flour
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
Season with salt and pepper.


Topping:
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1/4 grated parmesan
2 Tblsp butter (cut into small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish, cover tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and sprinkle topping and bake uncovered until topping is golden brown and cauliflower is tender when pierced with a knife (about 10-15 minutes) Let cool 5 min. before serving.
