2 pounds Italian sausage links (I use mix of hot and sweet)
2 sweet onions, sliced
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 large red bell peppers, sliced
2 large green bell peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 cup of white wine
cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN 350

1. In large roasting pan, layer onion and peppers in bottom of roasting pan. Place sausages on top of vegetables. Add white wine and chicken broth and sprinkle with herbs.

2. Tightly cover roasting pan with lid or tin foil. Roast in oven for 30 minutes. Mix contents of pan, and roast for further 20-30 minutes uncovered, until veggies completely cooked and sausage and veg a little browned.
