2 lbs. * Brussels Sprouts
6 cloves garlic - peeled
1 red onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Line a baking sheet with foil (easy clean up).

Wash and trim the brussels sprouts then cut in half. Slice the onion into half moons. Place the sprouts, onions, and garlic on the pan, drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, tossing so all are coated with oil and spices. Shake the pan so the sprouts are in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

I have discoverd that the most tender brussels sprouts are very tender. The larger they get the tougher they get. My advice is to not buy pre-packaged, get them bulk and pick through to get the best ones.
