2 English cucumbers - peeled
1 lb. smoked salmon - bite sized pieces
3 tbsp. fresh dill - chopped
1 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. horseradish - more or less to taste
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cucumbers into desired sized circles. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate until ready. Mix together the cream cheese, dill, cream and horseradish. Beat until smooth.

Place a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of the cucumber slice, add a piece of salmon then spear with a toothpick.

Garnish with dill
