1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic - minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated carrot
green onions to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the flank into thin strips. Place cornstarch in a large Ziploc bag, add the steak and shake to coat.

In a slow cooker, add olive oil, garlic, soy, water, brown sugar and carrots. Stir to combine. Add the flank steak stirring again to coat all the meat. Cook on high for 2 -3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.

Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with rice.
