"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Luke and I have had this simple recipe since we were newlyweds! It is easy to adjust the seasonings as you would like. We usually add extra garlic and cheese! Grating good fresh parmesan cheese is the best, but I have also used store-bought shredded in the jar if I was in a hurry and it also is good! Serve with some thin crackers that aren't strongly seasoned, so the flavors of the cheese log take center stage!
