3 - 24 oz or 5 - 12 oz packages frozen Shredded Potatoes, defrosted

Mix and add:
½ C melted Butter
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ Onion, grated
1½ cans undiluted Chicken Soup
1 pint Cultured Sour Cream

Directions:

Place in a 9x13 pan and top with crushed corn flakes mixed with ¼ C. melted butter.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
