1 + 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter or margarine
32 large or 3 cups miniature marsh mellows
1/2 cup milk
1 + 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream
1/4 cup green creme de menthe
3 tbsps. white cream de cocoa
Few drops green food coloring (only if not using green cream de menthe)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix crumbs and butter in 9 inch pie pan; press firmly and evenly against bottom and side of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool
Melt marsh mellows and milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
Chill until thickened.

In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Stir marshmellow mixture in to blend.
Gradually stir in creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
Fold into whipped cream. (If using food coloring fold in now).
Pour into baked crust.
Chill at least 4 hours.

Cherry Cordial Pie: Substitute 1/2 cup cherry liquor for the creme de menthe + creme de cocoa + red (vs green) food coloring.

Alexander Pie: Substitute 1/4 cup dark creme de cocoa for the creme de menthe; and 3 tablespoons brandy for the white creme de cocoa.
